Living in Colorado at 7000 feet with the wildlife makes it a great place to take photos. Most of the bird photos on this site were of the birds sitting in a tree off of my deck.

Flower photography is a challenge. The growing season is short and the deer and the rabbits like to munch. When I see a flower I run for my camera because it may not be there for long.

Having a garden railway adds a bit of fun and whimsy to the yard.
